No idea what I did but it's worked 😂

It was a no go with the adjustable needle just blanked off so i stripped down several times but the only difference I think is that the diaphragm that sits above the needle valve and float I pushed concave as it was curved the other way, thus maybe pushing on the float as apposed to away from it?

To be honest Karl, the carb could be at fault, but there could be other iSues which need addressing. Such as low compression or possibly a coked exhaust. Also, if you strip a carb you need to fit new diaphragms or its a waste of time
