Have you tried to contact the ISA on line for other companies or schools in Central or South America?. I truly admire your desire to better yourself. There are also literally hundreds of schools in North America as well. You may also want to contact the TCIA for assistance with your objectives. If you decide to travel to the UK and take up schooling I believe you will have many choices for formal schooling and training. Just remember the cost will be rather expensive when comparing the exchange rate between the £ and the Peso.

Have u looked into Australia or NZ? The dollar may be a bit easier on u than the £.

The AUD and NZD would be easier, slightly. Compare the exchange rate of all the currencies and you will discover limited buying power compared to the chilian Peso.
