Milling logs wanted South East Wales

If anyone is struggling to sell good size hardwood logs near me I pay good prices for: Ash, Elm, Sycamore, Walnut, Yew, and even Alder and Birch. The only hardwoods I really don't want are Poplar and Willow, and I do have plenty of Oak at the moment. Sycamore and Ash I am especially low on, so any stems at least 8 foot long and 18 inches diameter give me a call and I will pay around £70 per ton if you will deliver them to me. PM me or ring 01633 400720 during business hours. I will also buy a mixed load which includes firewood size logs and milling size logs, but I pay a bit less for that!

Forgot to mention I also pay £70 per ton for Lime, and I'm not fussy about size as long as it is at least 10 inches diameter and 8 feet long!

Great, always good to hear of hardwood logs on offer. Most of my logs at the moment are from the Forest of Dean - well the forest grown ones anyway.

I'm on conifer fur a bit but I'll bear you in mind and try and get a lorry load together. What's the max diameter you can take?
