Hi

I'm after prices on cutting back vegitation on footpaths bridle ways etc

I'm looking for a per meter price

I'm trying to work out a price for a tender but really struggling with the per meter costs

It would be a 2 m clearance all waste left where it falls and 2-3 cuts per year

And ideas on price would be great

Cheers

Tricky one that! I've worked on rights of way, bridle way/ footpath contracts before and unless your prepared to walk the paths first you might find a few nasty surprises, we came across quite a few that had been neglected for years and ended up spending a week doing a path that you only get 5/6 hour allowance for. But If the last contractor has been honest then it shouldn't be too bad

walk one of the worst sections and guestimate howmany metres you will cut in a day.work out your daily rate, double it and divide by the number of metres you think you can do in a day.that should cover your ass,and make you some money on the easy bits:thumbup:
