Husqvarna guide bar oil hole?

Is there any surplus oil around the bar mount when you take the side cover off? Could be a slight blockage although unlikely on a new bar.

 

 

I have found on bars it sometimes just takes a few mins for the bar to get lubricated and to start to give that 'spitting effect' off the nose.

 

 

But on shorter bars this will happen faster and more easily.
