LA approved contractor?

I'm maybe a bit nieve but would that be counter productive if you rocked the boat?ie less tenders came in as a result:confused1:

 

It shouldnt do. After all its public taxes that pay for the work which regardless of who pays for it it should still be carried out to the highest of standards by professional, qualified arbs.

 

The LA should at the least be setting standards for all of its work.

 

At the end of the day it all comes down to cost, but I'm sure that wouldnt wash with the LA if Mrs Smith got a couple of cheapo/poor jobs done on her TPO'd beech because she couldnt afford to pay someone to do the job properly.

 

IMO jobs like this are a complete waste of money no matter how cheap it was its just pointless.

Here's some work from another approved LA contractor in the Prestwich area, i managed to see from a couple weeks ago, best thing was... they needed a mewp to do this, must be all of 15 feet above the ground :)
