I bought my wife a torque wrench one Xmas, I can still feel the indentation on my forehead.

 

I wouldn't blow needles across the carpet, sound like a recipe for a long trail of needles rather than a patch.

 

Thanks for the heads up on the torque wrench and a potential pine trail. I think leaving it there but sticking a candle in the middle with a couple of shiny things dotted around the mound could work:biggrin:

I'm sure it'll be fine but just in case I would recommend sleeping with one eye open.
