They are cheaper at £10-£12 vs £23 for the stihl ones but the stihl ones only come with a 20mm centre hole so they are no use whatsoever to me. Unless Stihl start making these blades with the more common 25.4mm centre holes then I can't switch brands.

Stihl do 2 sizes 👍🏼

FR Jones do them just over £18 with VAT included then delivery on but if you order few bits then should save on delivery charge

I normally use fr Jones, but after I bent my Oregon one the other day I needed one that day, was £33 at my local 😳.

And where have you found the stihl ones for 23? There even £33 on ebay

Local dealer, but a quick search online shows FR Jones, Radmore Tucker & L&S engineers are all cheaper still, probably more places too if I looked harder.

I have only ever seen 2 different Stihl branded mulching blades neither has a 25.4mm centre hole.

Yep Local dealers always charge more as they Know you want it there and then, i always keep a spare new one i know it means spending more in short term , but in long term saves you money and most importantly keeps you working to get the job Finished

Just ordered 4 2 tooth Oregon mulching blades (25.4mm centre hole with reducer bushings to take them down to 20mm as required for certain Stihl & Makita machines) from Amazon for £30 they were £10 each with free delivery but also had a cheapest item free offer when buying 4 or more items from amazons home & garden section (offer ends at 23:59 on Sunday, December 20, 2015). That works out at £7.50 each.

They also stock the Oregon 3 tooth mulching blades at £16.67 each which is a better price than my local dealer offers.
