Was it in a target zone or woodland, was any one aware of it prior to failure ?

 

Not wanting to know names, just intrigued as to what the management of the Tree was.

Would be nice to see a cut cross section from the base, for clearer visual reference as to Tr, but I guess as you have suggested, the Tree will be left as is.

nice pictures. provided no one gets hurt or no damage being caused it's good for people to see things like this so they are aware of consequences when they turn a blind eye or plead ignorance.
