on a serious note does the trailer have its own breaks ??? never the less it looks like a great idea and really usefull

I know of a few companys around my area. I havent come across the right job just yet, but will use them if the right one comes up!

Those two horses are some serious breakingpower....no brakes on the trolley!

looks really impressive mate . cant wait untill someone does a version with a harvestor head on ha ha ha , only messing but i bet they make small woodland work alot easyer than trying to fit a forwarder in of having to catty timber to the end of the rack !!

EDF did a similar thing in a wood they own to show that they are "green", put a double page spread in the local rag. I spoke to the horse logger after, and it was only done for the photo shoot, then they returned to complete the job with conventional modern kit.

Yes, it will have it's own brakes, I have one, mine only has brakes on the front axle, will carry 4 ton, but there is one on the market now that has brakes on both rear axles, and also a drive axle that works off the same engine as works the hydraulics, will carry 5 ton. I will try to get some pictures up.
