Chip and timber tipping in Windermere

As the above, we've a small site to do -probably next week, with some birch and a couple of large Lawsons.

 

Is there anywhere to dispose of timber and chip locally?

Hi Al at Ambleside Tree Services a call, he has a tip at Troutbeck bridge where you may be able to tip. Tell him Paul @ PMH sent you.

Thanks for all the replies, this may be on hold as after posting I thought I'd do my own searches. Usually with our main construction clients they organize all the planning issues, but after checking with the LDPA it turns out the trees are in a CA, so we may have a delay.

 

Up to now I've had no response to my enquiry from the main contractor, i think someone has dropped the ball on this one.
