I would appreciate some help please.

A friend of mine died recently and I was looking at getting a seat or seats in his memory that could sit at a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust site near Wakefield.

I am told that a more rustic seat by a chainsaw carver/artist would be better suited to such a site but I am struggling to find someone in the area that can do this.

Any names/links/contacts/ideas? Thanks in anticipation for your help.

Sorry to hear about your friend Low Fell.

Perhaps you could try 'Form Artworks' at formartworks | visual art and sculpture | home. They're based in Huddersfield so Wakefield would not be far.

The artist is my wife, Heather. I'm sure she'd be more than happy to discuss any ideas with you, and perhaps together you could come with something suitably special.

Sorry to hear your news.

I have done several rustic memorial seats... but I am down in Lymington on the south coast. But if you find it difficult to find someone locally I can send over some pictures and the bench could always be put on a pallet....
