Just dug through emails, body just over the years old, spec as below, included a galvanised steel sub chassis, rest Ali

 

To manufacture an Ali too; box behind the cab approx 1250 high x 700 wide x 2100 deep, with Ali doors both sides secured by 3 way locking handles.

 

Two shelves with a 50/50 split.

 

To manufacture an Ali tipping body behind the tool box approx 2500 long x 2100 wide x 1400 high, steel bottom and top frame, Ali front and rear corner pillars, floor over laid with Ali planking, Ali planking fixed front and sides to 1400 above the floor, 500 high Ali plank double acting rear tail gate, 900 high Ali plank rear barn doors over and above the tail gate with removable bar above, removable ladder bar at the front and the rear approx 50mm above original bar with 150mm horns above, two recessed lashing rings at the rear, rope hooks, galvanised rear wings, PVC cover, supplied and fitted at our works to your free issue chassis:£4930.00*plus VAT

Yep pricey, but very useful and in my opinion looks smart, will get a photo tomorrow. Still saving up to do the other truck at some point, trouble is there are always so many other toys to buy!

Mine was built by KMR about 4 years ago, very well built and no problems with it.

I got a price for 4k up my way. But it was 12ft by 6ft tall. Built in tool box and solid roof. Barn doors and led lights. I priced up the materials , and it worked out a grand. Luckily I used to be in motor trade so when apprietice is on holiday il build my own. It's quite easy , if you feel you can do it on a a few spare days and save a few quid
