Hi ALL FITTED new lift pump and new filters on 300tdi pull loads better now all it used to DIE on the hills now it holds in better it never going to go like a TD5 remapped 200hp plus but it a slogger engine thanks Jon

Have you done the boost pin on yours Jon?

 

Hi IAN NOT ON A 300tdi some say do it others say not a 200tdi and a TD5 will take extra boost this is on a standard 300 TDI not a VNT TURBO OR LARGER 👍INTERCOOLER YOU may get away Keith is your man IAN he will tell you Ian he has ifor trailer with hi ab on 👍thanks Jon 👍

Mines a bit low on power has the lift pump made a real difference? Was it easy to do? Cheers Mark

 

Hi mark ours was down on power I just thinking it was how many miles it done 220k but my mate said o you need a lift pump put it on and new fuel and air filter goes ok now im getting a new radiator for it now thanks Jon
