TW 125 roller stopping when put wood in

Hi all,

I bent the hopper of my 125, and whenever I put some wood into the machine the rollers will stop, almost like the no stress is extremely sensitive. I thought the problem was having a slightly bent bar on the emergency stop bar but having taken that off completely, checked the hydraulic oil level, cleaned out the air filter on the engine and checked the sensor sat next to the fly wheel the rollers still stop as soon as you put a piece of wood into the machine.

You can bypass it by lodging a stick into the green button on the switch board and then it does work fine. Another thing is that the rollers stop as well if you 'donk' the butt of the branch onto the central inner part of the hopper.

Have rang the TW help line but as it is an early 2002 model they weren't really able to help, just said it could be that the engine isn't quite at max revs.

any help much appreciated. thanks
