What sort of buildings / shelters do people use to house their mills? Can anyone give me an example of a set up that combines security with ease of use?

Were in a lean too one side of a large barn, the other side of the barn is then used to store all our dry and kilned timber

What is the span between the upright beams of the lean-to? How do you load the mill? Is height and clearance to the lintel an issue?

There's a 20' span between posts anything longer can be easily loaded in with a bit if wiggling

Also height wise one of our forklifts can drive in easily the other can't and the jcb just skins under as long as the lights are folded down

Do you know what the height of the lintel is as I will probably be using a tractor and front loader so cab height will be an issue.

Sorry my mistake it's 30' span and 13' hig. If your building it your self just measure your loaders and build accordingly 👍
