Fuel Soleniod ??Hold Voltage??

Hi there,

 

I have a 2006 Timberwolf 150DH and the Fuel Stop start solenoid is playing up.

 

I have measured voltage in the solenoid clip for pull but not on hold. I also seem to have intermittent glow plug light?

 

Also What are the fuses on the PCU??? And the Relay?
