Chicken of the woods

Recommended Posts

Three pics of chicken of the woods Laetiporus sulphureus on a damson tree, and then frying in the pan. all that was used was sunflower oil and a bit of salt to season. i'm not sure i'd agree it tastes chickeny, it did smell of eggs when it was frying but it just tasted like a really fine mushroom. the damsons were sweet and ripe, too.
