Keeping logs dry

I buy scabby old broken boxes from the local farmers, max £5. Strip every second board, and use the boards I take off to strengthen the boxes at the ends, and base if needed.

Takes a wee while right enough, but its a rainy day job.....

That's what its all about! Reduce energy comsumption/pollution - recycle local items and handle/dry your timber in the most efficient natural way - brilliant.

Everyone has a view on RHI but it was not introduced to encourage people to dry firewood by burning firewood.
