Aye. Easy enough to weld up a frame and bolt it to trailer. You could put it smack in middle of trailer.

Why not go for a truck with a rear mounted hiab then tow a trailer? 2 or 3 bags on a truck then 2 bags on a small trailer? Mulling this same issue myself.

My truck is not suitable if it was it would save me buying another trailer as I have a tipper.

Hiab in the middle if your only using for log bags will be nice, the hiab trailers tend to go for around the 5K mark,

I want to build one myself from an ifor & I'll be going to the local lorry/plant exporter to get the hiab,

Most hiabs come on a frame with legs so only need to bolt some plate to trailer chassis and if your going to use transit style pump then just use Anderson connectors from tow motor
