Security For Trailer

I have a forwarding trailer and am keen to improve its security measures. I had a conversation with my present insurers (have liability cover with them) and they stated underwriters would insist its locked away each night in a secure shed with monitored alarm system. Or it could be " immobilised by the application and setting of a recognised physical security restraining leglock".

The only leg lock I've found is for very small car trailers, not a ten ton forestry trailer. Does anyone use one on a forwarding trailer?

I have found these which would lock the towing eye.

What do you use for large trailers??

I am a dealer for the starcom watch lock system, it is a high quality abloy padlock with an integrated mobile device with a sim, it will alert you via text when it is disturbed by movement, it also acts as a tracking device and will tell you where exactly in the world it is. These are £250, the uses are endless, you can combine it with an eye lock so no one is taking it away without you being alerted instantly.
