Interesting demographics at Tatton Park

(i) Was following 3 lovely ladies in their 60's as we approached the entry.

I was genuinely amused to catch a snippet of their cheerful conversation, concerning that vexed subject of that when being used to a Bentley Arnage as the daily driver,

that the other car was absolutly gutless. (it was prob only a "S" Class Merc or 7 Series BMW I suppose)

(i) Of the 10's of thousands of people there, I only saw 2 smoking, over the course of 5 hours, it took me quite a while to realize what I was not seeing.

But quite a lot of champers and fizzy wine being consumed!

Not to mention the booked out Hospitality suite at £128.50 per HEAD!:lol:

Eh oop lad, how the other 1/2 appear to live.

I went to school in Knutsford, and when I left, I recall a summer of love in Tatton park at the swimming area on the mere.

 

Beautiful trees, beautiful girls, beautiful place. What more could a 16 year old boy want?

 

A different view on the demographics - it must just be a special place...
