Our company is dedicated to consultancy and contracting in the Ecology, Arboriculture and Countryside management sectors. We provide Ecology contracting and consultancy services for clients in the private public and commercial sectors. Our Arboricultural consultancy and contracting services range from private individual properties to woodland management and planning proposals. For Countryside management, we provide erosion control solutions, river restoration and fencing services. We are now looking to expand our workforce and have the following job opportunities arising:

Civil Engineering Technician

Job Ref: 203

Salary Range: £21,000 to £25,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

 

Job Type: Hands on, Full time, (45hrs per week) and would be expected to carry out other ecology duties as part of a team/ecology crew.

 

22 days holiday plus bank holidays, overtime and bonuses also paid.

 

Location: This position is practical with 75% of time spent on site 25% based at our yard at Newbury Farm, Dully Road Tonge, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME9 9PB.

 

Desirable Requirements:

Previous experience with gabion and rock roll installation, erosion control and bank stabilization.

Able to work on your own and manage a team.

Competent around building and development sites.

First Aid at work

CSCS Card

Own transport require to our company location.

Full, clean diving license

 

Experience of working with lake and pond liners, welding lake and pond liners, heavy plant tickets, and a knowledge of cell web and geo synthetics would be a bonus.
