Hey guys!

 

This is my first thread and I don't know anything at all about tree diseases etc so go easy on me...

 

Found this today on a job crown lifting a load of limes.. any idea what it is? Could be something really common, I have no idea, just thought it looked pretty mental and was worth sticking on here.
