How do you upload videos from youtube

Could some one explain how I go about uploading a video link from youtube to allow me to add a video to a post.

one way is to select the video from you tube that you want, click the share button below it

This address you can copy, then paste that in a post here at Arbtalk.

 

 

failing this you tube have loads of videos showing you how
