anyone actually know what is happening? lot of talk about it but no answers on what to do if you have one other than "hand it over in the amnesty" what is this licence, how much will it cost, how do I get one? (am I better taking my rifle to a friend over the border? ) etc

I may be wrong but I don't think this bill has been passed yet. Typical snp left wing control freakery

 

It's says in bbc report that the police welcomed this, the report I read a while ago said the police weren't in favour as they didn't have resources to police it, also that they have enough options already to deal,with air gun crime.
