logging arch or similar needed north wales

Recommended Posts

bit of a long shot but does any body have large logging arch or other device for shifting some 3m lengths of cherry/beech/douglas fir. Can drive up to timber with L200 pick-up but dont want to drag it along the stone track - need to avoid damaging track and the timber.

Woodland situated near Ruthin, North Wales

Willing to travel to collect for borrowing/hiring in next couple of weeks

Only need it for a few days

Would consider buying 2nd hand if available

cheers

Dave

Thanks Craig. What sort of money are we looking at for tractor and forwarder for a day?

Dont think I would have enough at the moment but that may change! How much could be shifted in a day (in and around a 12 acre block of woodland)?
