just to clarify a tractor can not carry a load it can tow a load so they can run red on the roads sorry telhol

 

Sorry Bob, depends on the type of organisation running the tractor and trailer. All the ones at work run on white diesel and are taxed as HGV's and have 'O' licences. We don't meet any of the exemptions so if it were not for the off road/multi tasking of the tractor we may as well run an Artic!

 

Ben, This subject keeps cropping up on this forum some one posted some very enlightning info on a previous thread in the large equipment forum.
