Marks and Spencer use Yodel

All,

Just a word of warning if you're considering ordering anything from M&S, they use Yodel as the courier.

My O/H bought flowers for her mum to be delivered Friday, Yodel failed to deliver the order. No card through the door, nothing. The tracking stated "mis sought by carrier" what ever that means.

On contacting the M&S help line to find out what was going on, the 'supervisor' was seeming unsympathetic, refused to attempt delivery on Saturday and failed to understand why she was so annoyed.

A £25 voucher was offered & refused as no use what so ever if they wont deliver timely.

Eventually after spending nearly half an hour on the phone a refund was obtained with delivery of probably dead flowers on Monday.

I personally fail to understand why an organisation like M&S would use such a rank amateur as Yodel to carry out such an important service, couriers like UPS way better.

Avoid me thinks.

Hi Jon,

Thats no good having to wait weeks for your Land Rover parts.

Thankfully, Yodel dont operate in France, for most of our deliveries its a white van which I suspect is independent or UPS. Smaller stuff goes in the post box as La Poste have a universal key.
