Thanks to gusthearts for super customer service last Friday! Desperately needed some spikes for tomorrow and after a bit of a panic as I hadn't received any tracking info from the delivery company my purchases including my new lanyard adjuster arrived as promised today ready for work tomorrow!

 

Can't thank you enough! Very satisfied customer once again!!

I dont know if you did the order online or not but in the not too distant future the courier service will be embedded into the website so a full tracking service should be in place.

All the stuff I have ever had from them has came when they said it would and they keep you up dated witch it bang on..

Glad to hear it mate. New set up will include options such as "access points" which are shops around your area parcels can be delivered to if u are not going to be around to recieve delivery.

There'll be other features aswell making things a lot more variable in terms of options available.

No worries guys the order was placed online but only after talking to a few if your guys on the phone first. I had used you before and was happy with the service then hence why I used you again. It's a good job your to far away from me otherwise id be in there every other week. You guys doing any shows this year? Il need some new rope soon and I have promised myself if I'm good and work hard I can treat myself to a treemotion harness

Shows are tricky for us. Being that we are so far north and shows predominantly south it's pretty much impossible. To carry a load of gear down, with staff, travel and accommodation.

Then try to be competitive with prices against the rest just isn't practical.

 

Blessing in disguise perhaps as I know how stressful they can be!
