Its just so sad.

 

Wont be long before we all have to wear these so no one can EVER get hurt EVER.

In a shop today overheard the owner telling someone he had to put his staf on a lifting course and the recommendations on lifting so you keep infuries to a minimum was to not lift any over 20kg and to lift no more than 20kg in any one hour:scared1:

He said there is no way he could do that since he would have to pack his business in!

 

Now he must have got it wrong or been exaggerating but there is no way I'm gonna look into it to find out.:sneaky2:

 

i done a manual handeling course 4-5year ago-20KG close to body, but if youre lifting at full arms reach, and above head, it goes down to 5kg:scared1:
