Woodchip wanted + tree survey helensburgh?

Just thought I'd post this up on the offchance anybody nearby is up for giving a hand;

Been helping out with the peace campers over at faslane recently and been getting the gardens sorted out for the spring. Is there anybody nearby who could sort out a load or two of woodchip for the camp?

And although the council came along a while ago and chopped the more dangeroose trees back along the road a lot of the trees around are in a bit of dire shape, anyone who could come and have a quick look or if I get some photos anyone can give me a quick opinion on here? There's about 50 trees mostly up to 40 years old, approx 50% birch, 20% sycamore with a few elm, cherry, scots pine, ash and oak scattered about too. Would like some advice on fire damaged trees and overshading by sycamore and a few other problems.

Although the camp doesn't have a lot of money I'm sure they'd be up for compensating you for your time to some degree :)

:001_tt2: /me hides and waits for political shitfest to boil over :001_tt2:

Myself and my colleague work a lot over in the churchill area of Helensburgh. Got a huge ongoing contract there. We have a load of alder to take down on Friday so will have a few loads of chippings free to a good home. Plus as much as you want really. We passed the camp only yesterday on our way back from Coulport base so i know exactly where it is. We would be happy to offer advice on whatever you are looking for.
