Good luck with it. The irony is that you're more likely to get funding if you are out of work, rather than in work and earning a pittance but wanting to further yourself

If your working hard on minimum wage and trying to better yourself you get nowt.

Yea thats what i'm finding, either you have to be on the dole, or they just send your round in circles, like hitting your head against a brick wall!
