Is there a factory setting for it as I am giving it new plug and filters.. Just wondered if it would benefit a tune up and wondered how to go about it??

One turn out from fully in If the limiters have been removed. If they haven't , unless you have a tach and know how to use it then leave well alone unless a fault is suspected.

 

If the saw has a blue limited coil, care should be taken in tuning the saw.

Oh it's 2010 model if that makes a difference. Is that one full turn on both screws ??

 

Provided the limiters are removed, yes.

 

Be aware that is just the starting point, fine tuning still remains!
