Stove installer

Hi all not really a topic to do with arboriculture however, I'm interest ester in going into stove installation, and have made enquiries with hetas to complete the relevant courses which consist of three two basic courses and then the installation course, however completing the first two courses does not make you eligible to complete the installation course, you need either previous installation experience of three installations signed of by building regulations, this is a catch 22, I mean how would want a newbie attempting to fit a stove or would a certified installer want to give somebody the experience knowing they would set up a business?

 

So if there are any fitters who would like a grafter willing to work for free to gain experience in the Yorkshire region give us a shout.

That sounds one of the dodgiest scams I've e er come across, great way to make it difficult for an "outsider" to get in on the work.
