quick question is the lego unimog supposed to be powered along with the motor in it or does that just power the winches and the compressor our lads built his up and i don't want to pull it to bits to get a better look

I doubt it will be a gear.

If something doesn't turn it's usually something the wrong way round.

It will have a round end and a cross end, if it's around the wrong way, the steering shaft will be in the cross and be stuck.

Look for a triangular bracer, that's what usually gets me:biggrin:

If you are trying to push it along and it doesn't go anywhere check the centre diff. When I built mine I got the centre diff the wrong way around and it fits in just nice but the thing will not push along the floor. Takes a bit of fiddling to get to it to swap it around.

centre diff in wrong way minus a spacer and the shafts were in the wrong way sorted now disappointed it doesn't move under its own steam though

 

I went in the huff for about 2 days!!

he got the 4x4 remote jeep i wonder if we could rob the motors from that :thumbup1:
