Ooo, a hardback copy. Mine is very, very floppy and dog eared! Held together with duct tape, being one of the first tree books I bought and then living in the van for years. Along with Bridgemans tree surgery book- very dated now, but classic, if anyone is interested I may sell it. Pm if interested...

Didn't realise it was hardback or I wouldn't have posted.:sneaky2: oh well, my softback is in decent condition, so I 'll stay out of the bidding and let someone who hasn't got one have a chance.

Well I haven't upgraded yet, but since my copy's being held together with gaffer tape and hope, I think I will.

I would personally hope that there have been some significant changes or improvements. As good as both texts are, there is certainly room for improvement in both instances.

Had a look via the AA website, I only recently bought the TRIBE one, so It looks like another couple of hundred quid on books again. Would be handy if someone reviewed them, so I could decide whether to bother updating them all.
