Dodger, do you refer to either the Kings Heath Ash in 1999, or the Cannon Hill Park Beech in 2005.

 

Do you know of any further impending prosecutions, because I understood that the Birmingham Coroner returned Accidental Death verdicts on both of these occurances?

 

Would be keen to learn.

that the one i was speaking to a few ex birmingham authority blokes who know the tree officer invovle and he been warrant with manslughter . but i also heard it through quite a few other local authority tree officer aswel it has coarse great alarm with them in there field of work

 

 

but i shall ask again this week and see if i can get more information
