Sorry to bump an old thread, but incase anyone is considering running an ATV for work purposes get insurance quotes first, the insurance premium for my replacement ATV is crazy (with a £500 excess despite being datatagged and ground anchored in a locked building) its more than my business, PL insurance and house insurance combined, and over double my Landy insurance,

but then again, its a awesome bit of kit

For those of you who like the Good Year Mudrunner tyres for atv, these are no longer in production, in fact Goodyear are pulling out of the atv market entirely. So buy your tyres while stocks last. Maxxis and Wings are recommendable replacements.:001_smile:

those are a pretty aggresive tread pattern :scared1:

i use these: Cheng Shin C828 Wildcat Tyres - ATV Services Scotland

definatly better than dunlops :001_cool: get good grip pulling up hill without destroying to much turf when i mowing, or hauling wood about, it will be interested to see how they handle in the woods this winter

had the dealer chuck a set on the bike as part of the deal so dont know the cost, seem good, handle reasonaly well on the road, even at say hmmmm a bit above what i should be traveling at :)

they do seem to be wearing well considering they have done a bit of road work and running round sites on tarmac, i just cant merit an aggresive tyre for pulling the flail round with else it tears huge chunks out
