I've been looking around on the net at deferent sites offering tenders they all have a cost for signing up ranging from £100 and up. But what are the best sites to sign up to? I'm northwest based.

Dont sign up to any of them. Check tenders direct then spend 10 minuits trying to find the tender that is advertised from the info supplied. It may take some time but they are always possible to find. Its free and I have always found every tender oportunity That has been published
