jenz az40 help

i have a az40 shredder.its 1996.i want to use it for chipping branches but it has problems at times getting a grip on the branches.if anybody is familar with this machine .any tips on using it would be appriciated.thanks.

Sorry no one has come back to you, I don't think many of the guys on here use shredders, I know I haven't.

 

We use mainly chippers.

It's an inherent fault with Jenz machines I'm afraid.
