Recommended Posts

Hi guys, got roughly 20-25 pine stumps that need ripping out, felled higher to pull/dig them out on a golf course, the biggest is around 2 foot diameter and they are in the nottinghamshire area, anyone out there got some kit suitable and a price please? Im thinking digger or beefy hydraulic winch, any interest pm me, rgds

Stump grinder? Why rip em out? you then have to dispose of them, 25 2' stumps will fill 2 20 yard skips at £200 each then theres the digger to pay for, any digger capable of ripping them out will be big enough to make a serious mess of a golf course, then ther's all the holes to back fill.

A grinder on the other hand is made for the job.... The one that I sub in would do the one in your avatar in under 5 minutes, and will make way less mess than a digger.
