Hi just been asked if I would be interested in buying a jonsered split 40 log splitter

And just wanted to know if anyone has used one and what they are like

Would be interesting to know your views on this

 

Would this be the one powered by the chainsaw power head ?

Yes it's got a two stroke petrol saw engine on it it

 

Ok . Yea I have seen one ( a picture ) Not seen one working but my guess would be not too cleaver .

I used it today and it seems fine on the small logs up to 6" but struggles on the bigger stuff

It light enough to take in the back of a pick up

My mate wants £400 for it is that a bit to much

I would pay that for a good saw

I made 3 nets of kindling in about 10 minutes

Let me now your thoughts
