Personal preference, I prefer a husqvarna 560xp chainsaw, and have husqvarna type A trousers with 24m/s cut rating for ground work, for climbing I use a stihl ms200t and ms150t, with stihl type c 20m/s cut rating, I use a fairly cheap harness that I'm comfortable in, with ISC mongoose carabiners, 2 climbing ropes, a wire flip line, and a 5m rope as an adjustable line, it all depends on what you're doing

New to the industry and this site, and was wondering if you could steer me in the right direction as to what chainsaw and kit is the best to use, harness, climbing equipment etc, if thats ok.

Cheers shaun
