im the same size as you and im a large. Get the aluminium ones they are adjustable more durable and cheaper and dont weigh much more. My carbons are getting pretty worn on the bottom now!

Go for medium! I'm 6 foot too and I've tried both and medium was way better! If they come up to high in your leg as you bend it at the knee it forces the spike down, which makes it feel like it's lose at the bottom

Medium is probably right, but like Coleman I'd reccomend the Ali ones, my carbons have almost had it and I will be getting the Ali version.
