We are doing 40x50cm bags for £1.80 + vat no margin in it now. The wood is like hens teeth and gone up 4 fold in the last year. Most of what we do is clean unused kiln dried joinery of cuts as per our pics. We have been on back order for months with no stock pile. What would you say is minimum price for a bag as in our pic.

I suppose the best way of comparing sizes would be to weigh a bag or two. Density should be similar as its all softwood.

4-4.2 when 16 % pine around 7 when green all I did was 40x50 = 2000

 

60x45 = 2700
