Hi,

 

Most small biz people I know enrol under the Auto Entrepreneur scheme, this is for single person employment and will also give you & your wife (if married) a carte vitale for health care.

 

if not then you are looking at £2500+ per person annually, so may be an idea to consider this.

 

I would also enrol in French lessons as its going to be fairly important to have some command of the language, once you get here the nearest large town should have an AVF organisation (Accueil des Villes Françaises) which following singup provides free French lessons.
