Hi Folks I'm currently teaching a unit on vta and would be intrested to compare different companies take on the data they collect. I realise its a bit cheeky :blushing: but if anyone is willing to allow me to have an electronic version of the form/s they use it would be of great use to my learners. The forms would only be used for comparision work and not used by ourselves to undertake surveying jobs. thanking you in advance for any assistance.

Kindest wishes

I don't have a list, it's in my head.

However, you might find the attached ISA form instructions a good starting point for learners. Presumably I don't need to explain teh difference between VTA and risk assessment, you will be able to work out easily enough which bits apply to the former and not the latter.

I know for a fact the form can be downloaded for free but I can't find it just now.
