i have just come to replace the hydraulic pump on my 2008 150 VTR as one track wasnt working as well as the other, i swopped the pipes over and this swopped the problem to the other track. My TW dealer said it would be a worn pump so i got a new one and came to fit it today and the problem is i cant get the pull off. i know they have a coller on like the flywheel pull whic you screw the grub screw in to open the collar but the grubscrew wont go in. how can i get the pully off? am i doing something wrong? because of the design of where the pump is fitted space is very tight.

HI PMH

The hydraulic pump is fitted with a standard taperlok which can be removed easily once the tandem pump has been removed from the chipper.

Are you sure it is the pump at fault? Has the pump and valve pressure been tested?

If you would like further advice on this it may be worth giving Timberwolf's Technical helpline a call on 01449 765820 :001_cool:
