I use these heads on my echo strimmers they use a 8mm LHT good heads too.

You can buy different size threaded bolts that go in the bottom of the heads.

 

These change the size of the thread without any hassle.

 

Bit like these. They are made different threads but same size square part for the head.

Ok. You need to measure it.

 

A simple way is to find a nut that fits. Then it wail say on the nut what size it is. There are a few sizes out there so depends on what one you have, as to what adaptor you will need.
